Frequently Asked Questions

Will all the cards I send in be listed on eBay on the same day?

In most cases, you will see your cards listed on the same day depending on when they are processed. We have 3 primary auction nights: Sunday (Weekly), Wednesday & Thursday. Your dashboard will show you the scheduled listing dates.

Where are my items stored while in your possession?

Your items are stored at our secure offsite facility, at our offices, or in one of our safety deposit boxes. For security reasons, we do not disclose the details regarding our secure facility or safety deposit boxes. All locations are insured, climate controlled, and have armed response security.

My auctions just ended, how long until the money is added to my available balance?

We update dashboard and sales data once an item has been paid for. This can take anywhere from 1-7 days as we give all buyers 7 days to complete their payments.

How do I create my account?

When you submit your consignment submission, we automatically create your dashboard based on the name/username using the email address you provide us in your package. You must use an email address that is valid or you will be unable to receive payout and dashboard information.

What kind of items can I send for consignment?

What we do accept:
‍All modern trading cards, raw or graded
Lots of trading cards (lots must be made up of identical cards only)
‍Graded Vintage trading cards
Sealed wax packs and boxes with an estimated value of $100 and up
‍Funko Pops
‍Graded Comics
‍Memorabilia certified by a major authenticator (PSA, JSA, SGC, Beckett, TriStar) including tickets, autographs, etc.

‍Raw Vintage Cards (Pre-1980)
Raw Comics
Mixed lots of various cards, players, teams, etc.
Altered cards, custom cards, or uncertified reprints
Autographs/memorabilia not certified by Beckett, PSA, SGC, JSA, TriStar or another major authenticator

Do you offer a Buy It Now/Fixed Price listing option?

Yes, we do offer Fixed Priced listings for items with a value over $2,500. For items of a lower value, please contact your account manager to request an exception. You must indicate on the card what price you want the card listed for AND what the lowest price you'd be willing to take.

Can I have my items sent to you directly from a third-party (Breaker, Vault, etc.)?

Absolutely. Just be sure that the package includes YOUR name and email so we can be sure to add the items to your account.

Do I need to send you a list of items with my submission?

In short, no, we can process your submission without a list. However, we prefer to have a list to ensure we avoid any disputes over missing items, and to have a record for our team and insurance provider.

Is there a cap for how many items I can submit at a time?

We don't have a limit on submission sizes and encourage you to send us as many items as you want to have consigned. However, from a practical standpoint, we ask that you contact your account manager prior to sending submissions greater than 250 graded items and 1,000 raw cards.

I sent in a card that I'd like returned to me, who do I contact?

If you sent us a card you didn't intend to include in your package, or sent a package to us by mistake, just send us a message and provide us with as much information as possible. We’ll try to work with you. If the card is already live on eBay and has bids, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

What happens if an item I submit gets returned?

If an item is returned that sold for $250 or more, or is found to be altered or not authentic, we will deduct the net amount you received from your account. Items deemed to be altered or not authentic will be returned to you at your cost and if we feel this could have been intentional, we will no longer sell items for you. If a $250+ sale is returned for something minor, we will deduct the money from your account and relist it.

What happens to my items that do not sell?

Auction items that receive no bids after the initial listing and Fixed Price items that go unsold for 90 days, will incur a $0.99 listing fee and will not be relisted. Unsold items can be returned to you, but they will be subject to an unsold item fee of $3 per item. Our team encourages the submission of quality items, which maximizes your payout, and can help boost all active listings at Pull Trader.
